This is WIAW…#14!
It’s W-W-Wednesday! Once this time hits each week, the rest of the week seems to fly by. Thank you so much for joining me on this WIAW (What I Ate Wednesday)! Unlike a lot of WIAW’s in the past, I usually put up a plethora of meals I have made for the week or a generous amount of food that I have eaten throughout the day.
BUT, I am not writing this WIAW in the comfort of my own apartment. I am on-the-go traveling to NYC for the day for an important interview for a student documentary I am making. I am known to be an early riser, but 5 am came faster than I thought today. I am not usually a coffee person, but this call for a major cup of joe to start the morning!
I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to share meals that I think are perfect for traveling or taking on-the-go. A lot times throughout the week I pack my meals to take with me to eat in-between (or during) classes, workouts, club meetings..etc. Guess what? They are all super quick and easy to make, you just have to have the right ingredients. 🙂
Thanks as always to Jenn for hosting! Check out her page–> here!
